Your 30 day trial starts when you do! As soon as you sign up, one of our coaches will reach out to you with the next steps on how to get started and booked in for your first session.

Not at all! We cater all of our sessions to your fitness ability meaning that it doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner or advanced trainee, we will tailor each session accordingly.
To settle your nerves, before we even get you in for your first workout we will take a movement screening to ascertain where your fitness start point is at!
The biggest benefit to our 30 day trial is that it's a trial and not a contract! If at the end of your 30 days you decide that Elevate Fitness is not for you then we will find another gym that it a better replacement (and that is our promise!). But if we're completely honest? We know you're going to love the community that comes with our judgement free gym!
At the end of the trial we will sit down and look the progress you've made over the last month but also how much you've enjoyed Elevate Fitness and if you feel whether it's the best gym for you or not.
